Care Instructions
CANDLE CARE:
1. Keep the burning candles away from air vents, windows, drafts, children, pets and flammable objects. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
2. Place a candle on a heat resistant surface or coaster to avoid exposing the table’s surface to heat.
3. Trim the wick to about 1/4-inch before every burn to ensure the flame is not too large. To trim the wick, use a wick trimmer or simply pinch off the burnt piece and discard.
4. Burn for at least 1 - 1.5 hours each time or until the outer rim of wax is fully melted. Burn the candle no more than 4 hours at a time as carbon deposits may collect on the wick and jar.
5. Sinkholes may appear in the wax as they cool down after burning. This is normal, and is caused by the wax expansion and contraction cycles. This will not affect the performance of the candle in the long term.
6. When the candle is extinguished, let it cool down, wax to harden and then put the cover on to keep the candle clean.
7. Store candles in a cool, dry place and avoid keeping candles in direct sunlight.
