Exchanges & Returns
We take great care in inspecting and packaging all products before they are shipped. We are happy to replace or refund any products that are damaged during shipping, as long as photographic evidence of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery. Please keep in mind the customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Customers are welcome to exchange their purchase for another candle of the same size and value within 2 weeks of purchase. Eligible returns will be accepted within 2 weeks of purchase. Please keep in mind the customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
Based on the character of our products, used candles are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damages and issues
